Rates
$120-$150 per 50 minute session for individuals.  

Insurance
I accept and work with the following insurance carriers:

• Anthem EAP
• Blue Shield PPO- Out of Network
• Magellan PPO- Out of Network
• Anthem Blue Cross of California PPO - Out of Network
• Value Options of California Insurance- Out of Network

Services may be covered in full, or, in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions.  

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Assistance in determining benefits

We are often able to assist you in determining out of network benefits if you have a PPO, however, we can not guarantee coverage and benefits so you may want to call the phone number on the back of your insurance card to verify.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis based on the sliding scale numbers listed above.  

Payment
Cash, check and major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, and Discover) accepted for payment.  We do offer direct billing services for most Out of Network plans.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay $40 for the first missed session and then full payment after.
